On 27 March 2022, 1,099 people were evacuated in Ukraine. Official humanitarian corridors operated in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
The Minister for Reintegration of the TOT (temporarily occupied territories), Iryna Vereshchuk, announced this information.
During the day, 586 people managed to get from Mariupol to Zaporizhzhia using their means of transportation.
"Also,15 buses arrived today at the checkpoint at the entrance to Berdyansk. Tomorrow morning they are to arrive at the evacuation point Melitopolske Shosse Street, 27, near the city sports complex. Let me remind you that at 87b Melitopolske Shosse Street in Berdiansk Mariupol residents are offered free fuel for their cars," - she said.

In the Luhansk region, through a humanitarian corridor from Rubizhne to Bakhmut, we evacuated 513 people from Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, and Popasna.
Besides, we rescued people from under the ruins of the bakery and from the bomb shelter of the school №5.
"Women, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities were rescued thanks to the heroism of Luhansk region police patrols. Even though the occupying forces violated the regime of silence, the police officers saved all the people. If it had not been done, 155 people would have been doomed to a horrible death in an underground shelter. I want to express my gratitude to the Head of the Luhansk Region Military Administration, who worked on organizing this rescue operation," - Iryna Vereshchuk said.
The evacuation on the Mariupol direction and initiation of humanitarian corridors in the Sumy region are planned for tomorrow.
Also, today more than 200 people were evacuated from one of the villages of the Vyshgorod district in the Kyiv region. They stayed under blockade by Russian troops for more than a week. Over the last week, local residents have unsuccessfully tried to break through the blockade. However, the enemy did not allow Ukrainian citizens to leave the war zone.
