Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy had a conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. He briefed him on the progress of the aggression and the crimes of Russia.

It was announced by the President of Ukraine on Twitter.

"He discussed the course of the negotiation process with the Federal Chancellor. Reported on the progress of countering aggression and crimes by the Russian Federation. He expressed gratitude for Germany's assistance. The pressure on Russia must continue, the sanctions must be intensified," - he said. 

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, more than 266,000 forcibly displaced Ukrainian citizens have registered in Germany.

The FRG also provides other support to Ukraine. At the same time, the president urges German businesses to give up all ties with Russia and get rid of energy dependence on the occupier.
