The Starokostiantyniv mayor Mykola Melnychuk reported that the Russian army struck at Starokostiantyniv, 47 km from Khmelnytskyy on Tuesday, 29 March. No casualties were reported, but the airstrike destroyed all fuel supplies.
"We have been bombarded with missiles since the first day of the war, but today, as many of you have seen and heard, the attack was severe and caused significant damage. Fortunately, the Armed Forces and God protected us, so there were no casualties. However, the enemy has destroyed all our stockpiles of fuel and lubricants, which we have collected with great effort as a strategic stockpile," he wrote on Facebook.
Mykola Melnychuk asked everyone who can help purchase fuels and lubricants to contact the city council or him personally.
