In the Kyiv region, enemy troops are concentrating their attacks on fuel storages to complicate logistics and create a humanitarian crisis.
The Russians are also attacking neighborhoods of the cities and terrorizing the local population. Oleksandr Pavliuk, the Head of the Kyiv Region Military Administration, informed about it in Telegram.
The most dangerous areas are the populated centers along the Zhytomyr highway, Bucha - Vorzel - Gostomel, Nemishayeve, Dmytrivska community, Makariv community, north of Vyshhorod district, the territory of some towns of Baryshivska, Kalitnyanska, Velikodimerska communities in the Brovarsky district.
"Over the past day, more than 30 shellings by Russian troops of the housing estates and social infrastructure of Kyiv region have been observed. The most of destructions were observed in the districts as follows:
The Buchansky districts (Irpin, Bucha, Makariv, Borodyansk, Dmytriv communities), Brovarsky districts (Velykodimerska community), Vyshgorod districts (Dymerska, Ivankiv communities) ", - Pavlyuk said.
In Bila Tserkva, Boryspil, Obukhiv, Fastiv districts the situation is under control, the night passed quietly. Air raids sounded several times.

The Buchansky district: The situation is under control, but in most communities it is rather difficult.
Makarivska territorial community - the village under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but constantly under shelling.
Borodyanska territorial community - the enemy`s movements observed, the village is in blockade, with destroyed infrastructure
Nemishaivska territorial community - the enemy has dug in, the infrastructure is destroyed, there is almost no connection
Bucha territorial community - the enemy has dug in, the infrastructure is destroyed
Gostomel territorial community – movings of the enemy`s equipment are observed, there was a battle. Infrastructure destroyed.
Irpin territorial community – there is a battle in Irpin. The Armed Forces of Ukraine control the city. Infrastructure destroyed. Constant shellings.
Dmytrivska territorial community – in part of the community, the movements of the enemy are observed, partially without electricity.
Bilogorodska territorial community - partially without electricity.
The Brovary district: in some towns of Baryshivska, Kalityanska and Velykodymerska communities, a small amount of the enemy`s equipment is observed. Lots of destroyed infrastructure.
The Vyshhorod district: a humanitarian catastrophe in the occupied towns of Ivankivska, Dymerska and Poliska territorial communities. The city of Slavutych is completely isolated. The enemy is at the entrance to the city.
Please be reminded that Slavutych is in isolation because it is surrounded by the Russian troops. On March 26, the enemy`s forces entered the city. On March 28, the mayor announced that there were no Russians in Slavutych, they had gone out of the city.
