Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, held a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia Federation. During the call questions on evacuation from Mariupol were discussed.

The representative of the Élysée Palace states that according to the conversation, the sufficient conditions to start the humanitarian operation during the next few days and offer help to the people of Ukrainian city under siege by the Russian army “at this stage have not been prepared”.
