The night of 30 March was relatively quiet in most regions of Ukraine, such as Volyn, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odesa, Ternopil, Zaporizhia, Chernivtsi, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
At the same time, numerous air raids were heard throughout the country in the evening and during the night, as per the Heads of Regional State Administration Offices.

The State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine continues the rescue operations in Mykolaiv after the missile attack. Some areas in the region are struggling with a severe shortage of electricity and gas.
In the Kherson region, strong explosions and shelling continue in various areas. Beryslav and Kakhovka districts were attacked the most. Local citizens report destroyed infrastructure and houses. The night was restless in Khmelnytskyy region. The russian military launched three missiles at Khmelnytsky region industrial facilities. The SES have already extinguished the fires. Information about the victims is currently being clarified.
The Kyiv region: russians shelled Irpin, Gostomel, Dmytriv, Bucha, and Makariv, field battles were also reported from the Bucha district. Projectiles were fired from cannon at Kharkiv. Field fights with russians continue in the region in the Izium direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down one russian fighter jet plane and one comat drone.
All cities across the Luhansk region were shelled by russians overnight. The Ukrainian forces repulsed 4 russian attacks. Significant infrastructure destruction and fires, especially around Kreminna, were reported in the region. In the morning Russians also launched a missile at Lysychansk. Heavy shelling was also reported from the Donetsk region, especially from Avdiyivka, Maryinka, Krasnohorivka. In the morning Russians also launched a missile at Novomykhailivka and Maryinka. At around 7:00 am, russians began the shelling of the Mariinska City Military-Civil Administration, which caused significant destruction and fires. Earlier, another round of peace talks between the delegations of Ukraine and russia took place in Istanbul yesterday. Talks between Ukraine and russia are confrontational but moving forward. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that signals from peace talks with russia could be called positive, but expressed caution about russia's promise to sharply curtail military action in some areas and said “such promises do not silence the rupture of russian shells."
The Head of the Ukrainian delegation, David Arahamiya, explained that both delegations discussed the format of the Agreement on Security Guarantees for Ukraine as proposed by the Ukrainian side.
