Explosions were reported in the Volyn region after 10 pm. The air-raid alarm remained active for about an hour.
This was announced by the Head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration, Yuriy Pohulyayko.
"Explosions were heard in the Volyn region. Stay in the shelters.
More information will follow soon," - he wrote.
Lutsk City Mayor Ihor Polishchuk also urged residents to remain in the shelters and not to publish photos and videos of the explosions and other sensitive information.
Pohulyayko added that the explosions were caused by a missile strike on the oil depot.
22:59 update - RMA head announced the air-raid alarm was canceled.
Yesterday, the air defense shot down three missiles over Volyn, fired from Belarus territory. The region was attacked by the enemy before - on March 11, the airport was hit, four people were killed and six were injured.
