The President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, is coming to Kyiv.
She announced this on Twitter.

"On my way to Kyiv," Metsola wrote.
She also published a photo with the Ukrzaliznytsia train as the background.
Earlier, the leaders of the Parliament of Ukraine and representatives of different political parties and groups appealed to Metsola and the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to help the European Commission get a quick positive opinion on Ukraine's EU membership.
On 18 March 202, the members of the European Parliament from different countries joined the United for Ukraine (U4U) network to help our country solve its problems due to russia's military aggression.
On 1 March 2022, the European Parliament recommended that Ukraine is granted EU candidate status. 637 members of the European Parliament out of 676 supported this decision.
