Russian occupation forces are chucked out of the Zhytomyr region. This was announced in a video message on 4 April by Vitaliy Bunechko, the Head of RMA.
"They left the Narodytsia territorial community, where they were entrenched; they left, partially leaving equipment, ammunition, but also mining private residences, forests. In fact, leaving traces of war," he said.
Bunechko emphasized that the occupiers were simply redeploying and continuing to fire in the east and south, firing rockets at peaceful towns and villages.

For 40 daysUkrainian people have been struggling for their independence. Since February 24, the life of Ukrainians has been divided into "before" and "after". During this time, a large number of people experienced the loss of loved ones, the destruction of homes, separation from family, moving into obscurity. The war took away the peaceful life and made a deep emptiness in the hearts.
However, every new day and the Armed Forces bring us closer to victory. In the Zhytomyr region, the enemy was thrown back and today there are no Russian occupation troops in our region. They left the northern communities, leaving behind not only equipment but also "their own" trail, mining peaceful houses. But the war is not over.
We will win! Glory to Ukraine!
