The mayor of Mykolayiv, Oleksander Senkevych, announced that cluster bombs again shelled the city.
He posted the message on Telegram at 3:44 pm.
“Cluster shells again. Stay away from windows. I’ll tell you all the information later. We don’t publish photos and videos! We don’t help the enemy!” – he posted.
Russians strike Mykolayiv two days in a row. During yesterday’s shelling, five facilities of the regional health care system were damaged. In particular, the regional hospital #5, the orphanage, and the laboratory center. The house and the car were also damaged; no military facilities were hit.
The russians also fired at Ochakiv, killing seven people.
Cluster munitions contain slow-action mines that fly a considerable distance, lie on the surface for a long time, and then detonate. They kill the largest number of people after the end of direct hostilities.
