According to preliminary data, the party of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban won the elections in Hungary again. This is the fourth victory in a row.
Orban is not expected to support energy sanctions against Russia, Reuters writes.
At the same time, in his speech, Orban listed opponents, naming the Ukrainian president among them, CNN reports.
"We will remember this victory for the rest of our lives because we had to fight a lot of opponents," he said, listing Hungarian leftists, bureaucrats, the international media, and Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Hungary has a mixed system: 106 of the 199 deputies are elected by the majority, the rest by party lists.
Orbán's party is projected to win in 87 of the 106 constituencies and win 134 seats. The constitutional majority is 133 seats.
