The executions of Ukrainians in the territories of Ukraine occupied by russians are not accidental - they were planned by the leader of the russian occupiers, vladimir putin. This was written by the head of British intelligence MI6 Richard Moore on Twitter in response to the post of British Foreign Secretary Liz Trass about the massacre in Bucha near Kyiv, "League" writes.
Liz Trass, in particular, said that the perpetrators of "horrific atrocities committed by russian troops in Bucha, Irpin and other parts of Ukraine should be brought to justice. The putin regime will not be allowed to hide its involvement."
Moore replied that MI6 knew about putin's plans.
"We knew that putin's plans to invade included extrajudicial executions by his military and intelligence agencies," Moore wrote.
He added that evidence of such killings of civilians was appalling and frightening.
It should be noted that on 19 February 2022, a few days before the full-scale invasion, Foreign Policy, citing sources of US intelligence, wrote that russia was planning a campaign of murders in Ukraine. This message was received with skepticism by some people, and the leadership of the occupying country mocked it as a "fake".
Dozens of hundreds of civilians tortured by the russians were found in the territory of the Kyiv region liberated from the occupiers, in particular in Bucha and Irpin.
The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine stated that the mobile crematoria that the occupiers were carrying were designed to burn the bodies of dead civilians to cover up the traces of their war crimes.
