The russians damaged another 16 houses, 11 of them in Kreminna. The police also detained six looters in Severodonetsk.
There were 26 enemy shellings in Severodonetsk, Lysychansk and Kreminna during the 24hrs.
“With daily fire on residential areas, the occupation troops are trying to destroy Luhansk region and its residents - those who have stayed behind. Thus, shelling by the russian army damaged and destroyed another 16 houses - 4 in Lysychansk, 1 in Severodonetsk, 11 in Kreminna,” - he said.
Six looters were detained in the region yesterday.
In particular, in Severodonetsk, four local residents tried to take goods out of a closed local supermarket, and two more “made use of the services” of a supermarket and an appliance store during the curfew.
According to these facts, the investigators began a pre-trial investigation under Part 4 of Article 185 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The men face a prison sentence of five to eight years.
Earlier, Hayday reported that russian troops shelled every city in the Luhansk region. There are no survivors of critical or any other infrastructure in the region.
