Russia plans terrorist attacks on its territory to accuse Ukraine, - intelligence

There is a possibility of missile strikes on residential buildings and hospitals and its presentation as "revenge of Ukraine."

Russian special services are planning a series of terrorist attacks to put mines and explode residential buildings, hospitals, and schools on their territory.

They can also launch missile and bomb strikes on Belgorod, which is close to Ukraine’s border, or on one of Crimea's cities. This statement of the Head of the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Kirill Budanov was posted on the Directorate’s Facebook page.

He is convinced that the failure of the mobilization plan in russia is forcing the putin regime to launch dirty scenarios to emotionally stir up russian society and consolidate it even more against Ukrainians.

Because of this, the occupiers want to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine and volunteers of the explosions inflicted by them (russians - tr.). These pseudo-Ukrainian shellings are likely to be presented as Ukrainians’ revenge for Bucha, where the enemy killed a large number of civilians, and Kramatorsk, where they struck and killed 57 people.

Budanov added that in the Belgorod and Kursk oblasts, which are bordering Ukraine, russians are actively digging trenches and instilling panic.

Russia is actively preparing for guerrilla war on its territory, specifically, they are planning increased control over the railway. The russian leadership fears a similar guerrilla confrontation with Belarus, where activists have destroyed railways to prevent the transfer of weapons to Ukraine.

It was reported that today in the russian city of Belgorod the railway tracks in the Shebekino city district were damaged.
