The work of nine humanitarian corridors on 12 April resulted in the evacuation of 2671 persons.
It was informed by the Minister of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk.
In particular, today, 2343 persons traveling by their own vehicles through green corridors from Mariupol and Berdiansk arrived to Zaporizhzhia, 208 of them – from Mariupol.
2 135 persons arrived from the cities and towns in Zaporizhzhia region: Polohy, Vasylivka, Berdiansk, and Melitopol.
The occupant forces are still blocking at the block post in Vasylivka the bus convoys that were going from Zaporizhzhia to evacuate people from Berdiansk, Tokmak, and Enerhodar.
“We are looking for possibilities to unblock the passage for the buses in a various manner,” Iryna Vereshchuk said.
328 persons have been evacuated today from Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Kreminna, and Popasna in Luhansk region. The ceasefire conditions were again not provided by the occupants.
It was reported that yesterday 4 354 persons were evacuated through humanitarian corridors.
