Russian troops caused Mykolaiv over 110mln hryvnias in damage.
"As of today, we have estimated losses in the city of over 110mln hryvnias," said Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych.
According to him, as a result of the actions of the russian occupiers, three social protection institutions worth almost 1mln hryvnias, five health care institutions worth more than 4mln hryvnias and 46 educational facilities worth more than 20mln hryvnias were damaged. Five institutions of physical culture and sports worth more than 5.5mln hryvnias have also suffered from the conflict. The housing sector recorded 550 complaints for a total of almost 80mln hryvnias.
"We will definitely restore everything, rebuild our city and the whole of Ukraine. Unfortunately, we will not restore the lives and health of thousands of Ukrainians. But so that these losses are not in vain, we just have to defeat Russia in this war and build a strong and successful Ukraine," Oleksandr Senkevych said.
As reported earlier, the direct losses of Ukraine's economy due to the war increased by 12.2bln dollars in a week. The total losses are already 564-600bln dollars, according to the Kyiv School of Economics estimations.
