President of the United States Joe Biden said on Thursday that he was not sure that the russians control Mariupol.

“It is questionable whether he (putin - LB.ua) controls Mariupol,” said Joe Biden and added, “There is no evidence yet that Mariupol fell completely”.
The U.S. President also called on putin to allow a humanitarian corridor to Ukraine to let those surrounded at the metallurgic plant to pass.
“It is what any head of the state would do under any circumstances,” added Biden.
Today, the President of the rf volodymyr putin officially ordered the Minister of Defense Serhii Shoigu not to assault the industrial area of Mariupol. The russian troops, however, continue bombing and shelling the territory of Azovstal.
