The United States must speed up the transfer of a new aid package to Ukraine to help it prepare for a russian offensive that will be more limited in terms of geography but not in terms of brutality.

US President Joseph Biden stated this in a comment to reporters.

According to him, Putin "will never be able to dominate and occupy the whole territory of Ukraine."

"We don't know for how long this war will last, but as we approach the two-month mark, that's what we know: Putin has failed to achieve his grand ambitions on the battlefield. After weeks of shelling Kyiv, Kyiv is still standing. President Zelenskyy and his democratically elected government are still ruling the country," - said President Biden.

"And the Armed Forces of Ukraine, joined by many brave Ukrainian civilians, thwarted russia's conquest of the country. Moreover, since day one, they were supported by a constant supply of weapons, ammunition, armor, and intelligence from the peoples of the free world, led by us, the United States," - said the US President. Also, he added that Putin had hoped for a split between the allies, but this did not happen.

Today US President Joe Biden announced another batch of military assistance to Ukraine worth $ 800m, saying it was "a direct message to Putin: he will never be able to dominate and occupy the whole Ukraine."
