In Stuttgart, Germany, there is a coordination center for assistance to Ukraine based on the United States European Command.

This was reported by The New York Times.

"Representatives of 14 countries, including Ukraine, have sent liaison officers to an operations center in Stuttgart. This center receives requests from the government in Kyiv and organizes the delivery of weapons and supplies from various countries," said one of the officials. “However, the official was not authorized to speak publicly about attempts to provide Ukraine with military means so that it could fight Russia back, " the statement said.

The existence of the operations center has not been disclosed before.

The United States will equip five artillery divisions for Ukraine and provide new kamikaze drones.

"The new drone, which will soon travel to the area, is called Phoenix Ghost; it is a previously unknown construction ‘quickly developed by the Air Forces’ after discussions with Ukrainian troops about what weapons they need," a second official said.

According to the officials, it is similar to the Switchblade drone, which has already been sent to Ukraine because it is capable of observation, but eventually, it is used to hit a target and explode on impact.
