The Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories has updated the list of the united territorial communities located in areas of hostilities or under temporary occupation or surrounded by russian troops.

This was reported on the website of the ministry.

"The updated list has been approved, and will serve as a basis for issuing payments to internally displaced persons, starting May 1. We remind you that the list is not a fixed document, it is regularly updated," is said in the statement.

It is noted that the relevant order was developed to meet the requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution of April 16, 2022 № 457 "On support for certain categories of the population affected by the military aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine." It is formed with the consent of the Ministry of Defense based on offers of the relevant regional, and Kyiv city military administrations.

The list includes three categories of UTCs: territories that are temporarily occupied; surrounded (blocked) areas; and territories where active hostilities are taking place.

As of April 27, the list includes eight regions. These are the territorial communities of the Dnipropetrovsk (2 communities), Kherson (49 communities), Kharkiv (51 communities), Mykolaiv (4 communities), Donetsk (66 communities - all), Luhansk (37 communities - all), Odesa (1 community), and Zaporizhzhia (49 communities).

"We emphasize that the communities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions are in this list in full. That is, from May 1, all internally displaced persons registered in these communities are guaranteed to receive financial assistance from the state. So, if you are registered in one of these regions, but your community is not on this list, we advise you to contact your military administration (in person or through the hotline) and clarify the information," said the ministry.

In addition, from May, the Ministry of Reintegration together with the Ministry of Finance plans to launch a digital platform, which will display in real time the temporarily occupied and surrounded by the enemy territories.

As of April 26, the Ukrainian Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 931 settlements from occupants.
