Russian occupiers were given the order by volodymyr putin personally to rape peaceful Ukrainians. According to the UNIAN, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lyudmyla Denisova stated in her interview for the Blick newspaper.
Denisova also stresses that violent acts of rf troops are the direct weapon of the enemy against a peaceful population, and sexual violence plays important role in this aspect since it was defined by putin as tactics.
“They want to deprive women of the opportunity or will to have more children. This is a clear genocide. Soldiers rely on putin’s orders to annihilate the entire country,” she said.
