The russian army has already used 2014 rockets against Ukraine, and 2682 appearances of russian fighter jets in the Ukrainian sky have been recorded. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that in his address to the Brave Ukraine Charity Event participants, the people of Great Britain and Ukraine.

"Each of these "arrivals" is the death of our people, the destruction of our infrastructure. If we take only the medical infrastructure, to date, russian troops have destroyed or damaged almost 400 health facilities. These are hospitals, maternity hospitals, outpatient clinics," – Zelenskyy emphasized.

In the temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine – in the East and South – the situation with access to medical services and medicines is just catastrophic. Even the most simple medications are lacking.

"Russia has brought to Ukraine and Europe such problems that we could not have imagined a few months ago. This is in fact a complete lack of treatment for cancer patients. This is extremely difficult access to insulin for diabetics or its absence. It's the inability to perform surgery... It's just a lack of antibiotics! These are the russian occupation consequences for a part of our land, for a part of our people, whom we must liberate from the invaders. And we will definitely do it. In particular, due to your support," – Zelenskyy said.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs' data, the president of russia Volodymyr Putin can announce the annexation of the occupied territories of Ukraine. Namely, the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and part of the Zaporizhzhia regions. Great Britain's Secretary of State for Defence Ben Wallace has stated previously that russia might use 9 May's celebrations to announce mass mobilization of reservists to the war against Ukraine.
