In Kherson region, 2,100 residents evacuated on their own from the villages of the Vysokopil village community, part of which is occupied by the Russians.

"The population was evacuated on foot and, when possible, by vehicles in the number of 2,100 people (Viskopillya, Arkhangelske, Knyazhivka) in the direction of Dnipropetrovsk region," said Gennady Laguta, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
According to him, there is no electricity, water and gas supply in the whole community. Active hostilities are underway. The entire population needs urgent evacuation and humanitarian help. All administrative buildings were destroyed.
Today, according to all residents, the occupiers staged a global "checkings" in Kherson. Many checkpoints have been set up in the city, including where they have never been set up before. All people are severely checked. This is how the occupiers are preparing for May 9.
