The russian invaders are racketeering in the Kherson region, and in their free time they are drinking, arranging shootings and stabbings. This is evidenced by a conversation between one of the russian servicemen and his wife, which was published by the Security Service of Ukraine.
According to the occupier from the so-called "Donetsk People’s Republic", at one of the checkpoints in the Kherson region, locals demand a thousand rubles for passing.
"Our checkpoint is fine, and the neighbors freaked… began to "shake" money from Ukrainians. The passing is a thousand rubles," he said. His wife was outraged that they represented the "face of the republic."
The russian also added that the occupiers were drinking heavily and from this began the "self-liquidation" of their own army: at one checkpoint they shot each other, at another – they stabbed each other.
He assured his wife that he would return home by May 9, but probably in 2023.
Earlier it was reported that occupiers increased the number of checkpoints in Kherson and check people more carefully. In general, the situation in the Kherson region remains difficult, with explosions and shelling in the region. The occupiers continue fighting and looting. Stable critical situation is in the occupied villages.
