To discredit Ukraine in the international arena, the russian Defense Ministry reports about provocations based on the "Bucha scenario," which are allegedly "prepared by the Ukrainian authorities with the support of Western supervisors.
According to the Center for Countering Disinformation, the kremlin media misinforms that to implement the plan, the Ukrainian military "will change into russian army uniforms with white armbands" and "shoot Kostyantynivka residents" on camera.
The purpose of the "warning" messages of the Kremlin media is an attempt to provide an "informational alibi" and "prepare" the russian population and the international community for the terrible crimes planned by the occupants.
"Propaganda continues to work according to the template and again tries to shift responsibility for the mass murders of civilians on the territory of our state to Ukraine," the CCD of the NSDC noted.
