The mayor of Malyn Alexander Sitailo reported about it in the video address.
"The territory of our community was again hit by a missile strike by the russian rederation. The infrastructure and about 100 houses were damaged. Thank God, there are no civilian casualties, but there are three wounded," Sitailo said.
Rescuers and an investigative task force are currently working at the scene. During the day, power supply will be restored in the affected neighborhood.
