The night was relatively calm in Volyn, Zakarpattia, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Ternopil, Lviv, Khmelnytsky regions, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Poltava regions, - stated in the report from the Regional Military Administrations as of 08:00 am on Saturday, May 21.
In the Odesa region yesterday afternoon, the enemy fired three missiles at one of the districts of the region, and in the evening - one strike at an infrastructure facility. There is
damage, no victims. Information on the consequences is being clarified.
In the Kharkiv region enemy shelling hit Dergachi, Mala Danylivka and the Chuhuiv district - rescuers put out fires in private households. The missile strike almost destroyed the Lozova Culture House. In the evening, at about 8:30 pm, pavilions of one of the city's markets were on fire due to a munition hit in Kharkiv.
At night, the occupiers fired on the Zolochiv community, houses burned. A total of 20 people were wounded during the day as a result of the russian aggression in the Kharkiv region, including one child.
In the Luhansk region, there are about 50 destroyed houses during a day. Air strikes on the Hirske and Popasna communities. In Lysychansk, 23 houses were damaged in a day, in the neighboring Pryvillya - 16, 5 - in Severodonetsk. The russians also hit the school and the “Azot” association - the fire was extinguished. In the Donetsk region, russians are shelling the entire front line from the Mariinka to the Lyman community. During the past 24hrs, 27 houses and 8 buildings of civil infrastructure were damaged in the region.
In the Mariinka community, the enemy fired on a school in Yelyzavetivka. Krasnohorivka got under mortar fire, and most of the city was de-energized. Avdiivka coke and chemical plant and residential quarters of the city are under fire again.
In the Svitlodarsk direction, the power supply to Novoluhansky was damaged, but in the evening specialists have already restored it. New York and Sukha Balka are under fire in the Toretsk community. For a day three people are lost, 4 are wounded in this area.
In the evening the suburbs of Mykolaiv were fired from BM-30 Smerch, a heavy multiple rocket launcher. There are no destructions, victims and injuries. During the day and night there were shelling of the Shyrokiv community. The shelling was outside the settlements. According to preliminary information, there are no hits or victims. In the Kherson region, hostilities do not stop. In the morning, explosions and shelling were heard almost throughout the whole region. Local residents also heard missile launches. Villages are on the verge of a humanitarian crisis. Orcs [russians] do not allow to leave and enter the Kherson region, except through the Crimea. The situation in the region is critical.
