Centre for Countering Disinformation debunks fake about "business reopening in russia"

The Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council informs about a new fake created by kremlin’s propagandists. They are writing that foreign companies are returning en masse to the russian market.

The sources in kremlin write that "foreign companies are seeking ways to overcome the restrictions and return to russian market". They claim that western companies are rebranding themselves or are looking for “gray”schemes to import their products and continue working in russia.

"In reality western companies are seeking to keep their face and not to be sanctioned. Those are the reasons to comply with the laws uncompromisingly,” - answers the Center for Countering Disinformation.

Additionally, business analysts allow the russian customers to buy international goods in retail directly on the territory of foreign countries. However, there are no discussions about the possibility to trade or import the goods to a sanctioned country.

After whoscale invasion of russia to Ukraine many western companies have closed their russian offices. Even clothing brands left the occupant country.
