The Anti-Disinformation Center (ADC) warns that US Army Colonel and former Senator Richard Black is promoting the Kremlin's narrative of Russia's unavoidable victory.

The ADC`s press service informed about this.

The other day, several English-language media published an interview with Mr. Black, in which he said that Russia "cannot afford to lose the war with Ukraine" because, in his opinion, defeat will mean that "NATO will move freely to the border with Russia."

He did not mention Finland and Sweden, which decided to become members of the Alliance due to Russian aggression.

In all his interviews over the past three months, Mr. Black noted that he was "heartbroken when he saw a video of Ukrainian forces killing Russian guys." Warning! Such statements of the "expert" are an element of the information and psychological operation of the enemy, which is trying to convince the Western countries of the futility of helping Ukraine, "- the ADC informed.

To remind, the Anti-Disinformation Center at the National Security and Defense Council informed about the main subjects, which were promoted by the Russian propaganda mass media during a week. In particular, there were many articles in the propaganda media with the message "Ukraine loses the war", associated with the withdrawal of injured soldiers from Azovstal, which is interpreted by Russian media as a "victory" of the Russian Armed Forces.

At the same time, the Russian media actively discussed the fact that the West had almost exhausted its arsenal of sanctions against Russia. In particular, it was informed as if the sanctions did not have the effect the West had hoped for, and that a full embargo on Russian energy could not be imposed, "because some Western countries are critically dependent on Russian energy."
