The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Northern Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, visited Irpin.
He posted about it on Twitter.
Osmani stressed that all responsible in strikes on civilians are to be held accountable.
"The destruction I witnessed in Irpen today has no words to describe. Inflicting strikes on civilians is a war crime and absolutely unacceptable. The perpetrators must be brought to justice," he said.
The Foreign Minister assured that Northern Macedonia strongly supports the just struggle of the Ukrainian people.
"I am honored to be in Kyiv today. Ukraine is at the forefront of defending our common values of freedom and democracy," he added.
The day before Irpen was visited by the Prime Minister of Finland Sanna Marin.
Irpin is one of the most affected cities in the Kyiv region. It was released from russian troops on March 28. Today, the city has restored automobile communication and electricity supply. As a result of hostilities, 70% of the city of Irpin was damaged. $1bn is needed to rebuild the entire infrastructure of the Irpin community after the massive destruction.
