The russian military wouldn’t stop trying to capture Severodonetsk: heavy fighting continues on the outskirts of the city, the regional center is being destroyed by artillery and aircraft.

"The enemy is shelling our territories without stopping. As a result of the shelling, there was significant destruction in Severodonetsk, Privillye, Novodruzhesk and Girskye," the statement said.
Residential neighborhoods are on fire in communities. Despite the shelling, fire and rescue units of the regional SES are trying to reach the scene of the fires.
Pyrotechnic department of the Luhansk SES continue to work on the detection and identification of explosive devices in the region. In particular, yesterday pyrotechnicians worked out addresses in Lysychansk.
Rescuers of Luhansk region provide assistance to civilians: deliver humanitarian kits, drinking and technical water. During the past 24 hours, rescuers delivered more than 32 tons of water to people.
Previous day the russians tried to approach Severodonetsk from the village of Pudrivka and the Shchedryshcheve district and attacked the positions of the Armed Forces near the village of Ustynivka. As a result of enemy shelling, four city residents were killed.
