Actual negotiations with Russia are possible only when Russia withdraws troops from Ukraine, declared the Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podoliak.
"Ukraine refuses to negotiate," Moscow is generating lies again. Actual negotiations are possible if Russia renounces hypocrisy (we say one thing, we do another), leaves the country's south, and withdraws troops," he wrote on Twitter.
«🇺🇦 відмовляється від переговорів», – знову генерують брехню у Москві. Справжні переговори можливі, якщо 🇷🇺 відмовиться від лицемірства (одне говоримо, інше робимо), залишить південь країни та відведе війська. До тих пір переговори веде окрема «делегація» на лінії фронту.

Until then, negotiations are being conducted by a separate "delegation" on the front line, Podoliak stressed.
Yesterday in a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, russian President Vladimir Putin said that russia was ready to "resume dialogue" with Ukraine.
The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba noted on May 27 that russia does not want a negotiation process with Ukraine, as it continues the aggressive war and is gradually annexing Kherson and Zaporizhia region.
