The enemy is storming the districts of Severodonetsk and Toshkivka and has destroyed kindergartens in Hirske, Serhiy Haiday, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, shared in Telegram. The main efforts of the russians are aimed at establishing control over the city of Severodonetsk.
"We don't know how many civilians have been killed in the last two days in the areas of Severodonetsk which the militants have entered. Probably many of us watched the video with indignation, where they are welcomed by locals. Mostly these are stage scenes. Thousands who remain in the city are afraid of revenge or massacre for no reason, as it was the case in Bucha. Or like yesterday in Lysychansk, where russians shot the car with French journalists. They wanted to record the material about the evacuation of civilians, but fell under the roller of "russian world". The boy died on the spot. Three other people, including escorts, were injured. As I reported earlier, the evacuation has been suspended," he wrote.
The body of the deceased in Lysychansk was found near a house close to the Proletarian Bridge. Three more civilians were wounded in this city, and one in Zolote.
During the past 24 hours, 12 houses were damaged in Severodonetsk, 12 in Lysychansk and a public catering establishment, nine houses and a kindergarten in Hirske, at least six in Toshkivka, which the russians are storming, and a total of six in Nyrkovo, Viktorivka and Mykolaivka.
They storm, but do not succeed in the areas of Zolote, Komyshuvakha, and Nyrkovo. Fighting continues there.
In the past 24 hours, eight enemy attacks, one tank, four artillery systems, five armored combat vehicles and two enemy vehicles have been repulsed at the front in the region.

Yesterday russian troops entered the northeastern and southeastern suburbs of Severodonetsk. Before that, they captured the local hotel "Mir" [“Peace” - ed.], located on the outskirts of the city.
In the evening the enemy advanced deep into Severodonetsk. There are street fights in the city.
