The occupiers spread a fake about the shutdown of Ukrainian operators in the Zaporizhia region

Ukraine has not disconnected and will not disconnect citizens from mobile communications.

Ukraine has not disconnected and will not disconnect Ukrainians from mobile communications. One of the operators made a fake newsletter with the message that the National Security and Defense Council has decided to stop providing services to Ukrainian operators in the Zaporizhia region.

This information is another information and psychological operation in russia. The National Security and Defense Council has not made any such decisions and could not do so, the State Special Communications Service said.

"Recently, the russian occupiers cut off Ukrainian communications in the Kherson region and tried to accuse the Ukrainian authorities of this. This time the enemies conducted a special operation by sending a false message from Ukraine @ about the disconnection," the statement said.

The State Special Service reminded that in case of disappearance of mobile communication and the Internet, reliable official information can be obtained on medium radio waves (frequencies 1278, 1404, 873, 657 kHz) using old receivers, as well as on decoded satellite channels with the following parameters:

• satellite: Hotbird 13;

• frequency: 11,219 MHz;

• polarization: H (horizontal);

• symbolic speed: 29,900;

• error correction: FEC 3/5.

In the case of attempts by the occupiers to connect the Internet in the occupied territories to russian systems, which are under the full control of special services, it is advised to be as careful as possible when communicating, as well as use VPN when logging on.

It will be recalled that in May, in the Kherson and part of the Zaporizhia region, the occupiers turned off mobile communications and the Internet. The enemy distributes SIM cards to its operators. Residents of the temporarily occupied territories are sometimes forced to take them, as this is the only opportunity to contact relatives.
