The Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine officials secured the arrest of corporate rights of a company for the production and sales of mineral water, the ESB report states.
It has been established that the enterprise through Cyprus companies belongs to an oligarch from russia. According to the investigation, russian businessmen tried to avoid potential sanctions and property rights seizure as provided by Ukrainian law. In particular, it was planned to remove assets located in Ukraine from their ownership through fictitious agreements.
The investigating judge issued a ruling that arrests the company's corporate rights (securities and cash that constitute a part of the enterprise's authorized capital)

An attempt to withdraw assets from the property of the russian oligarch was prevented.
According to one of the consulting agencies, the estimated market cost of the brand in 2021 was more than 10bn hryvnias in equivalent.
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceeding on the fact of legalization (laundering) of property acquired by criminal means committed by a russian oligarch and businessmen is conducted by the ESB detectives under the procedural guidance of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine prosecutors. The Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine provides operational support. The coordination with the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine, the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, and the State Tax Service of Ukraine was established to secure a comprehensive investigation.

Update. According to "Economichna Pravda", the report refers to the arrest of the corporate rights of the "Morshynska" company that belongs, through Cyprus companies, to a russian oligarch Mykhailo Fridman who is under the sanctions of the US, EU, and Great Britain.
According to previous reports, russian oligarch Mykhailo Fridman wants to become a Ukrainian citizen. He is consulting with the Ukrainian authorities about receiving Ukrainian citizenship and re-registering his main assets in Ukraine.
