More than a hundred Wagner PMC fighters, including deputy chiefs, were probably killed by a Ukrainian missile blast in Popasna, but PMC owner and "Putin's cook" Yevgeny Prigozhin is likely to have survived, the Centre for Strategic Communications and Information Security has said, citing the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Hayday.

"I can't divulge the details of this operation yet, but if it turns out that more than a hundred Wagnerites of the senior staff have been killed - well, that will no longer be news to us. Unfortunately, about ‘Putin's cook’, there probably won't be the same great news for us. But his deputies are. Well, and the number is over a hundred," Hayday noted.

Yesterday the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck the headquarters of the Wagner PMC in the Russian-occupied town of Popasna in Luhansk Region.
