Russia will destroy itself with riots - Podolyak

"Russia will start shutting itself off from the world and looking for the culprits. And no amount of 'situational information reasons' to override the news feed, like the shelling of civilians in Ukraine, will prevent this process of self-destruction."

Russia is on the path to defeat in the war against Ukraine, and the psychological collapse in the country will lead to Russia destroying itself by riots, Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, has suggested on Telegram.

"Having decided on a full-scale invasion, the Kremlin bet everything on red. And lost. Though it still has the resource to hurt us by killing our people. One way or another, the inevitable is ahead. Russia will start shutting itself off from the world and looking for the culprits. And no amount of 'situational information reasons' to override the news feed, like the shelling of civilians in Ukraine, will prevent this process of self-destruction," he said.

According to him, Russia has had a mental breakdown and "the Z-community is beginning to realize - Russia will not win this war".

The 11 September Russian shelling of Ukraine's critical infrastructure, which caused blackouts in several regions is only an attempt "to switch the attention of the self-nurtured Z-zombie community to the temporary 'problems of a neighbour'", he said.

In Podolyak's opinion, the Russians, after the successful counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and 200 days of war, have begun to realize several basic things: that Russia will lose this war; that Russians will be punished and "their children will consider their parents not heroes, but criminals"; that Russia is facing "[the payment of] reparations, demilitarisation, denazification of Russia and years of repentance".

"Putin's Russia is digesting itself. Russia will destroy itself by revolt. Not much left at all," Podolyak added.

Due to the situation on the front and distrust of the Russian high command, a large number of volunteers from the Russian Federation have flatly refused to join the combat.

According to National Security and Defence Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov, processes are gaining momentum in Russia which will culminate in the collapse of the federation.
