A convoy of 25 Energoatom trucks passed enemy roadblocks and reached Enerhodar today, the national atomic energy company has said.
"The company ensured delivery of most needed spare parts to repair damaged power lines and power units at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant [NPP], which continues to be terrorized by the Russian occupiers," Energoatom said.
Additional fuel reserves have been delivered to the NPP to ensure operation of diesel generators in the event of a power outage at the plant.
An irreducible stock of chemicals required for the NPP operation was also replenished.
The cargo was delivered by Energoatom's drivers, including those from the Khmelnytskyy and Rivne NPPs.
Earlier, the IAEA adopted a resolution on the situation at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant at a closed meeting. The agency demanded that Russia withdraw its military from there and stop shelling the plant.
