Mykhaylo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, has warned Russia that "the storm is coming".
He was commenting on Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech at the Valdai forum.
According to Podolyak, "any speech by Putin can be summed up in two words: 'according to Freud'".
"So a person who invaded a foreign country, annexed territories and arranges genocide accuses someone... of violating international law and the sovereignty of other countries?" Podolyak said.
He added:"There is one truth: who sowed the wind will reap the storm. The storm is coming."
Russia's total combat losses in the war against Ukraine since February 24 are estimated at 69,220 people.
