Communication in Ukraine is gradually being restored. The best situation with the operation of base stations is in Vinnytsya, Transcarpathian, Lviv, Rivne, Sumy, Cherkasy and Chernivtsi regions, the Digital Transformation Ministry has said.
"We still have difficulties in Kherson, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Poltava and Mykolayiv regions. Power engineers are working tirelessly to restore electricity as soon as possible. Along with it, communication is gradually returning. Telecom companies continue to work on generators, dozens of which we handed over earlier," Digital Transformation Minister Mykhaylo Fedorov said on Telegram.
He thanked each and every operator and power engineer for their work.
On 23 November, all nuclear power plants and most thermal and hydroelectric power plants were de-energized due to the massive Russian missile attack.
