Russian troops shelled the regional hospital in Kherson, the first deputy chairman of the Kherson regional council, Yuriy Sobolevskyy, has said on Facebook.
"The shelling of the regional clinical hospital in Kherson is another fall through the bottom by the Russian Federation. The army that fights with artillery against doctors and patients," he said.
According to the deputy head of the presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, there were no casualties because of the shelling. Windows in the building were smashed.
Russia targets Kherson with heavy artillery, Grad MLRS and mortars every day. The authorities urge the locals to evacuate to safer regions. Those who do not want to temporarily leave were urged to find out the addresses of shelters and go there in case of rocket and artillery attacks.
