In Kherson, due to the Russian shelling, the voltage in the power grids went down, said Yaroslav Yanushevych, the Head of Kherson Regional State Administration, on the morning of 1 December.
"Khersonoblenerho is already working to fix the problem," he wrote in Telegram.
When withdrawing from Kherson, the Russian army left the city completely de-energized. The power supply was restored on 26 November.
As of 30 November, according to the Regional Military Administration, 75% of the central part of the city had electricity supply, and 50-95% of the districts were energized. Overall, Kherson was 65% supplied with electricity.
