Last night, Russians fired missiles at Zaporizhzhya and shelled a village in one of the communities of Zaporizhzhya Region, the head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Administration Oleksandr Starukh reported on Telegram.
"Last night the enemy once again launched a missile attack on Zaporizhzhya. Its purpose was to destroy the industrial and energy infrastructure of the regional centre. As a result, a fire broke out," informed the head of the Regional Military Administration.
The fire was extinguished, there is currently no information about casualties.
At night, the occupiers also shelled a village in one of the communities of Zaporizhzhya Region.
"As a result of the hit, the administrative building, which had all the services necessary for the locals, was almost completely destroyed. Fortunately, people survived. We are now clearing the rubble," - the statement reads.
Earlier, specialists managed to restore the gas pipeline destroyed by Russians in Zaporizhzhya Region.
