France has sent more weapons, artillery systems, and Crotale air defence batteries to Ukraine, France24 has reported.
French President Emmanuel Macron said this during a speech on board the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle off the coast of Egypt.
Macron noted that new supplies of military assistance to Ukraine are next in line.
In his words, he and the minister of armed forces are working on transferring the necessary weapons and ammunition to Ukraine in the first quarter of 2023.
In particular, this concerns new Caesar self-propelled artillery systems. However, Macron did not specify how many such systems Ukraine may receive.
