Ukraine plans to expand the network of invincibility points to 15,000-17,000, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has announced at a government meeting.
According to him, these points want to create in all regions.
To do this, it is planned to strengthen the financial capacity of communities by giving them fuel excise duty revenues.
"To strengthen the financial capacity of communities, today we are passing a decision on a mechanism for transferring 13.4% of the fuel excise duty to local budgets. In 2023, we leave these funds with communities so that local authorities have additional resources for infrastructure reconstruction and social expenditures," Shmyhal said.
