The Air Defence Forces destroyed about 70 drones from the second batch of drones that Russia received from Iran, the spokesman for the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Yuriy Ihnat said in a telethon.
"As you know, Russia has received the second batch of drones. The first one consisted of almost 400 drones. We have so far withstood four waves of attacks from the new batch last week and the week before that. About 70 UAVs were destroyed by air defence," Ihnat noted.
He added that since the Russians have more drones, it is necessary to strengthen and prepare for future attacks. This especially concerns critical infrastructure facilities.
If Iran does not stop providing Russia with weapons, it is necessary to increase pressure on this country.
