Russian artillery targeted the village of Dvorichna, Kupyansk District of Kharkiv Region, the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synyehubov, has said.
Tentatively, two women, aged 59 and 64 respectively, were killed during the shelling of a residential neighbourhood.
Another 63-year-old woman was injured and hospitalized.
