The heads of the Regional Military Administrations reported the threat of a massive missile attack. Vitaliy Bunechko, the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Administration, wrote that the load on the region's and the country's power system should be minimized. This will allow power engineers to better prepare for emergencies.

"Turn off all unnecessary electrical appliances! Be prepared for emergency blackouts! Do not use elevators. Do not ignore air raid warnings. Take care of yourself and your loved ones, stay in shelters," he wrote.

The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Marchenko, reported on Telegram that the enemy is preparing to launch a massive missile strike against Ukraine using aircraft and ships.

The Kyiv Regional Military Administration also reported the threat of a missile attack for the entire territory of the country. Ukrainians were urged to stay in shelters or follow the rules of two walls.

At about 8:15 a.m., the head of the Mykolayiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, wrote that enemy missiles were already in Ukrainian airspace.

Emergency power outages were introduced in the regions to prevent large-scale damage.

Overnight, the Russians attacked with drones. All 24 UAVs were shot down, 15 of them over the capital.
