The Russian Federation does not abandon its intentions to destroy the critical infrastructure of Ukraine, continues to strike at civilian objects and civilian homes, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports on Facebook on the morning of the 345th day of the large-scale Russian invasion.
Over the past day, the enemy launched 4 rocket attacks, 2 of which hit the civilian infrastructure of the town of Kramatorsk, Donetsk Region, as well as 5 air strikes. They carried out more than 70 attacks from MLRS on civilian objects in Kherson Region and Mykolayiv Region. Civilians were killed and wounded by enemy strikes.
The threat of further Russian air and missile strikes on the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
The adversary, suffering heavy losses, does not stop offensive operations in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka and Novopavlivsk areas.
Over the past day, units of the Defence Forces have repelled attacks by occupiers in the areas of the settlements of Stelmakhivka, Nevske, and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Region and Verkhnyokamyanske, Mykolayivka, Krasna Hora, Paraskoviyivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, and Kurdyumivka in Donetsk Region.
Volyn, Polissya, Siversk and Slobozhansk areas: the situation has stabilized, no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the enemy have been detected. The occupiers shelled the districts of Klyusy, Gremyach and Yeliny of Chernihiv Region; Muraveyni, Tovstodubovo, Studenko, Katerynivka, Vovkivka, and Volfyno in Sumy Region, and Veterinary, Kozacha Lopan, Strelecha, Hlyboky, Zeleni, Staritsa, Ohirtsevo, Hatysh, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutori, Okhrimivka, and Novomlynsk in Kharkiv Region.
Kupyansk area: the enemy shelled the areas of the settlements of Dvorichna, Holubivka, Kupyansk, Kucherivka, Kislivka and Kotlyarivka in Kharkiv Region and Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Region.
Lyman area: Terny, Makiyivka, Chervonopivka, Dibrova and Torske in Luhansk Region were shelled.
Bakhmut area: Spirne, Bilohorivka, Paraskoviyivka, Vesele, Bakhmut and Ivanivske of Donetsk Region were affected by fire.
Avdiyivka area: Avdiyivka, Tonenke, Vesele, Severne, Vodyane, Pervomayske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiyivka, Maryinka, Pobeda and Novomykhaylivka were under enemy fire.
Novopavlivsk area: the occupiers shelled Bohoyavlenka, Vugledar, Prechistivka, Velika Novosilka, and Neskuchne in Donetsk Region.
Zaporizhzhya and Kherson areas: more than 40 settlements were shelled by mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. Among them are Vremivka of Donetsk Region, Hulyaypilske and Kamyanske in Zaporizhzhya, as well as Kherson, Zolota Balka, Mykhaylivka, Havrylivka, Mylove, Burgunka, Novotyahinka and Kizomys in Kherson Region.
During the past day, the aviation of the Defence Forces struck 4 areas where the occupiers were concentrated. Ukrainian defenders also destroyed a Russian UAV of the Merlin type. Units of rocket and artillery troops hit the control post, 3 areas of manpower concentration and an enemy's ammunition depot.
