Russian occupational forces shelled Kherson Region 54 times over the past day, the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA) reports.
According to the RMA, the Russians fired from MLRS, mortars, artillery and tanks.
The Russian army attacked the city of Kherson 13 times. Enemy shells hit the passenger railroad and residential buildings.
Two people were killed in Kherson Region yesterday as a result of Russian shelling. Three other residents of the region sustained injuries of varying severity.
As a result of the shelling in Kherson Region, the railroad track has been damaged, so for now Mykolayiv is the final stop for the Kyiv train.
